My Top 10 Tenth Doctor Episodes
Number 8: The Christmas Invasion
It was the first episode with David Tennant, so of course I’m putting it on the list! (Although, technically his first appearance was in the previous episode, but whatever) I thought, overall, it was a good episode, despite the fact that the Doctor is in a coma for most of it. The plot was interesting, and the danger seemed imminent, especially since the Doctor wasn’t around and Rose and Harriet Jones had to come up with things on their own. The best part, though, was when he came back and saved the day by pressing the “Great, big, threatening button” and sword fighting with the bad guy. It was surprising to me how Harriet destroyed the ship in the end, and it made me sad that the Doctor got angry with her. I know what she did was wrong, but she was trying to do something right. Anyway, I think overall it was a good episode, and a great start for David Tennant.
